• Adults: 15 ml before or after a meal. Active ingredients per dose for adults: probiotic complex SCD EP 11*>4.5×106 cfu/15 ml
• Children over 3 years: 5 ml before or after a meal. Active ingredients per dose for children: probiotic complex SCD EP 11*>1.5×106 cfu/5 ml

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Shake gently before opening.

Mix with juice or still water before consumption.

The acidity of the concentrate, as well as ingredient settling on the bottom of the bottle, white coating on the surface, and gases that may appear, are natural effects of  the fermentation process and do not affect the effectiveness of the product.
